In my experience, a woman in the kitchen or in the service industry is much more likely to be an ally, a supportive person and a compassionate person than a boss, a co-worker or an employer.
As an administrator, I have often found myself working alongside women who have been through the same experiences as I have and I feel I have a deep connection with them.
The power of a positive female presence in the workplace is a key component of a strong relationship.
If you have not been to a food service job, check out the foodservice jobs website to get a feel for what it is like to be a woman working in a restaurant.
The website will provide a snapshot of your career from day one.
And as you learn about your job, you will be able to find out what you like, what you don’t like and what is important to you.
Here are some of the things you need to know about the job: I am passionate about my job and I am happy to talk about it.
This is something I know every single woman is going to be very passionate about, but it’s also something that I will have to share as well.
I am not an activist.
My job is to help people achieve their goals, and I’m happy to help with that.
I will always be the first one to offer advice or suggestions if I see something I don’t understand.
If I am going to get an email asking me for my thoughts, I want to be able not to just respond to the email.
I want my time to be spent doing what I love to do and giving back.
My primary responsibility is to the customer, not to the bosses, managers or anyone else in management.
The job is about building and maintaining trust and creating a positive working environment for people.
I work from home and am responsible for keeping my family’s safety in mind when working out of home.
I take my time with my clients and try to create a happy and positive working relationship.
I love the job and am always willing to help.
I like to give back.
I get to go out to eat and meet new people every day.
I often get emails from women asking how they can help out in the restaurant industry and I do my best to answer their questions.
My favorite way to help is to offer to take care of my customers, my customers’ kids and their pets when they come to the restaurant.
I have been a restaurant employee since 2010 and I can say with 100 percent confidence that I have always been there for my customers.
